How The Dome Camera Works

Cycling in Sicily: paths and unforgettable landscapes

I am pleased to send this brief contribution to the beautiful site Giuseppe Montalto, probably the best bicycle tour guide I've ever encountered in my many bicycle tour around the 'Italy, as I organized my bike tour of Sicily with the support and collaboration with Cycle Free .

I rented a bike ride and I can personally testify that the model assembled by Joseph is really a prototype high quality . I would say that driving the bike gives me a sense of stability and reliability. Promotes, therefore, honors and sincerely Free Cycle as a supplier of bicycles for hire .

But the reason I decided to send this contribution to the site of Joseph is the value that has taken me for his support during the organization of the holiday, the choice of the itinerary of my tour individual in Sicily.

Il paese conserva ancora oggi, per quanto sia invaso dalle macchine, come quasi the rest of our civilized world, rural atmosphere typical of the stories of Giovanni Verga . You see it tick, perched on the summit of a hill, surrounded by fields of prickly pear, a hairpin turn. It 's really a beautiful vision, this group of houses that sticks in the middle of the Sicilian countryside, an emotion for which even today I would like to thank Giuseppe Montalto, and then Free cycle.

2010 Renting a house - Part II

I have already covered the topic of renting a house but in this post want to give some useful information about rights and obligations of a tenant . A key thing to know when you enter into a lease agreement (usually annual), is that everything that may or may not have been stated on the contract has no value unless it complies with the laws governing the relations between owners and renters, available at the Residential Tenancies Act . In general, I emphasize a few things you should know. From the time the tenant enters into the home owner has no right to enter the apartment itself. The laws governing the relations between landlord and tenant emphasize the importance of being able to enter the house by the owner, only in an emergency. For the rest of the landlord is obliged to give advance notice of at least 24 hours and a valid reason.
the end of a lease , usually a year, the tenant is free to choose whether to renew the lease for another year, perhaps reaching a suitable financial agreement with the landlord, or pay on a monthly basis and have right to leave the apartment just by 60 days notice. From many points of view, the second solution is the easiest because you are not "locked " one-year contract, practically impossible to withdraw.
Regarding the rent increase that can be asked only once every 12 months and must be given a notice by the landlord of at least 90 days. Are there any guidelines that are set each year by the province of Ontario, they provide exactly what the rent may be increased. For the year 2010 for example, a tenant can would increase the rent of 2.1% . Every year, this rate varied and sometimes very rare say, can go negative causing a decrease of the rent itself.
In general, when you rent a house there are many points to consider: location, neighborhood, condition of the apartment, amenities around the palace, laundry at home or in the basement , proximity to the workplace, etc. etc. But what is most important, from my point of view, is whether the expense of will or will not ever have a problem during all 12 months of lease, considering how expensive here in Toronto the cost of living!

good reasons to rent a bike in Sicily: A meeting interesting riding in the mountains iblei

"I love because I love cycling tourism. I love cycling because I love cycling . I love cycling because I like to live and ride in freedom is a really nice way of life. cycling for me is a holiday full of energy and excitement !

With these words full of enthusiasm, Our readers share with other visitors of this website has all the joy I felt during the individual cycling tour that took in Sicily with the guidance and with the assistance of Free Cycle, the largest operator of professional cycling in eastern Sicily.

addition to the spectacle of landscapes and scents of the countryside iblea, our enthusiastic cyclist tells us about a very interesting meeting that he did between the white cliffs of the mountains iblei.

"I was riding on a country road, between stone walls made of large white stones, when, perched on a huge limestone boulder see, in silhouette, the silhouette of a man intent to sight through a sort of strange sight. 'What are you doing?', I ask him curiously. I approach and known immediately that his equipment straight out of a museum of science and technology: it's all done in dark wood and metal. No trace of electronic equipment. 'I do a survey,' I answered him politely, averting his eyes for a moment from his instrument. 'It's an engineer?', I ask him. 'I am a surveyor,' I answered him, this time without even remove the eye from the viewfinder of his curious instrument. I just watched intent in his comments. In his hand he holds a notepad and occasionally stops to make their own calculations. Pin carefully the results on his notebook and then resume viewing.

When he finished, and looks down gracefully. It 's a bit like an' old-fashioned, very polite and mild-mannered.

'There are more modern equipment to make this work?', I ask him with a touch of insolence, of which I now regret.

'Yeah, sure there are, but you do not have much confidence in the results of these devices so sophisticated'. His voice has a tone a bit 'critical. 'Indeed it is precisely because of the excessive confidence of a colleague in its modern equipment, now I'm here to do this job as it was trant'anni ago'.

What I met was a surveyor vecchio stampo.

E 'was a very exciting, because I had the opportunity to meet someone they love their work, which he did so with great passion and commitment, using the mind, rather than hope that the solutions arrived from the extremely complicated equipment.

I liked it, because I think cycling is also based on the same principle. There is nothing simpler than a bicycle . We must stand on it and ride . What you get on your bike all depends on you. Minimum technology, maximum personal interpretation. There is the engine displacement to determine the speed con cui ti muovi nel territorio.

Cycling and bicycle rental in Sicily: there is much more

These values \u200b\u200bmake

Cycle Free the ideal partner in the cultural movement inspired by the beautiful novel by Emanuele Lombardo, The echo of taste, set in Sicily. The echo of taste has the objective of promoting sustainable economic development of rural Sicily and enterprises engaged in the areas of quality food, tourism and hospitality.

This novel is about the fact adventurous journey of a Belgian soldier in Sicily, made precisely on two wheels, on board of an old Italian motorcycle.

Today Free Cycle is proud to present The echo of the section dedicated to her taste in the portal and invites you to visit site:
